Giving his annual report, the chairperson, Mr. Boitumelo Maboa, highlighted the organisation’s social rehabilitation services that they offer to people with disabilities. He said, “The aim of the program is to promote independent living, social integration, and personal development for people with disabilities through therapeutic services, educational and vocational training, social and recreational activities, independent living skills, and advocacy and awareness.”

Bamaketse Community Development emphasises the importance of community organisations, government, and the private sector working together towards a meaningful change for those in need.
Outlining its vision for 2025/2026, the organisation emphasised launching mobile outreach initiatives for informal settlements, establishing ongoing recreational activities, strengthening monitoring and evaluation systems, and securing funding for the organisation.

Highlighting its achievements so far, the organisation has, through educational and vocational training programs, trained 48 individuals, held 8 community events reaching 1,112 people, 144 people received counselling, a preventive program reaching 1,524, and 585 home visits just from January to March 2025.

With the R206 136.00 received from donations, Bamaketse Community Development has utilised R193 352.07 on administration and staff payments (1x Social Worker and 2x social auxiliary workers)
